We are a rapidly growing group practice that provides individual counseling services to children, adolescents and adults. We take a holistic, mind-body connection approach to therapeutic work and have clinicians who specialize in a variety of modalities including CBT, Art therapy, Play therapy, Sandtray therapy, EFT, Emotional release therapy techniques, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, biofeedback and neurofeedback, etc. Our mission is to provide a safe healing space in order to connect with individuals in order for them to connect to themselves in new, healthy ways to hell them realize that they have everything they need for healing and wholeness.
