NAI Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) is an intensive, 1:1 behavioral modification mental health program designed to teach children and adolescents new behavioral interventions and strategies to better manage their high risk behaviors and help them and their families thrive. TBS provides coaching and case management to these clients from a strength-based, trauma-informed perspective.

TBS Coaches receive excellent training, and take part in a unique mentorship program to ensure high quality services for families, and a supportive, collaborative, team-oriented work environment. TBS' mission is to improve the lives of children by teaching skills they can use for a lifetime.
