Shore Neurocognitive Health - specializing in the issues adults face as they age.

As we age, we are faced with many issues, including changes in our health, memory, and life status impacting how we feel about ourselves. Our caring team of professionals, including a psychologist, clinical social worker, and nurse practitioner, provide a complete assessment to help you and your loved one understand these changes. Our services include: memory screening, neuropsychological testing, psychotherapy, caregiver support & education, behavior management training, and medication management. Our services can be provided in our office or via telehealth.
