Relationship Counseling & Psychotherapy Services provides individual, couples, and family counseling. We currently have remote positions and office openings in River Forest and Oak Park, Illinois.
We would love to meet you if you consider yourself a compassionate, professional, trustworthy, and reflective counselor. You must be comfortable working with couples.
Therapists who have an interest and experience in integrating spirituality into the counseling process are preferred. Other niche areas such as couples counseling, anger management, grief issues, family issues, and work with children and/adolescents are highly valued. Candidates are encouraged to be enthusiastic about participation in group activities to grow their referral base.
Our practice of family therapists is growing. We are eager to find clinicians who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative, licensed clinical (or soon to be licensed) therapists to see couples, individuals and families in our River Forest/Oak Park office.
If you are looking to understand private practice, have a place to grow, add additional training and certifications, and develop your skills in a supportive environment…we offer coaching inside our group!
Candidates who work well with a team and want to specialize but need more exposure are welcome. Our team is close, we value sharing and supporting each other.

Qualifications and Experience
• Clinical training and experience, validated by independent licensure by the State of Illinois in professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, and/or clinical social work. (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW).
• Training and/or experience in Couple's counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate a caseload.
• Demonstrated ability to help clients work with spirituality issues while respecting the client’s belief system.
Responsibilities
• You will counsel couples, individuals or families and serve as someone they can count on to empower them to have healthier relationships.
• Minimal paperwork. We employs administrative staff to handle insurance billing for our therapists.
• We expect our therapists to work anywhere between 35 and 40 hours per week.
• Our website is an excellent referral source, and often clients will come to you. Marketing yourself will help you grow your caseload faster and we will help you build those skills.
