NT: Valera hosts peer-nominated Walk the Walk awards, in which we recognize those selected during our annual Town Hall gatherings. We also facilitate a “Kudos Train” on our open messenger communication tool to recognize key players, which operates as an open forum to give gratitude and express appreciation. NT: Valera Health was named after the Valerian flower for its calming effect! Traditionally, the Valerian flower has carried the symbolic meaning of strength, which likely comes from the Latin name. Valerian also symbolizes readiness or awareness.
