Full Time School Psychologist Job in Columbus, OH

Columbus, OH - Sunbelt is partnering with a local school district to hire a School Psychologist for a full time job. The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing services at two school sites, one preschool and one elementary school. Students have mild to moderate disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluations of students identified or suspected of being disabled
• Interpret results of evaluation
• Participate as a member or evaluation/placement team and contribute to the written report of that team regarding student's individual strengths and weaknesses
• Consult with parents and educational personnel
• Provide counseling individually and for groups of students
• Implement or modify instructional strategies, classroom management procedures, intervention strategies and follow up activities
• Maintain appropriate child study files

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Ohio School Psychologist Certificate/License
• Knowledge and experience in measures of psycho-educational assessment and interpretation
