School Psychologist Intern

The Ripley-Ohio-Dearborn (ROD) Special Education Cooperative seeks a School Psychologist Intern.

Our School Psychologists have manageable caseloads and work in a supportive environment as part of a team of High Quality Special Educators focused on delivering high quality Special Education to our students. We have experienced supervisors who work 1:1 with our interns to provide a supportive and high-quality internship experience. Many interns go on to stay at ROD as School Psychologists.

ROD is a special education cooperative that provides special education and related services in six school districts, the Community School Districts of Jac-Cen-Del, Milan, South Ripley, Rising Sun-Ohio County, Lawrenceburg, and South Dearborn.

ROD is a member of the Southeastern Indiana School Insurance Trust offering competitive medical and dental insurance plans. As a public school employer, employees also receive contributions from ROD into their Indiana Public Employee/Teacher Retirement Fund in addition to contributions toward a retirement annuity, life insurance, and other fringe benefits.

We recognize the work landscape has changed post pandemic and so now offer flexible scheduling including selected remote work, flexible daily start/stop times, and flexible 185-day school calendar schedule with built in holiday breaks that match our schools but may be adjusted to the mutual benefit of our employees and students.
