Licensed Therapist for Neurodivergent Populations ( Hybrid )

Join our team at The Spectrum Center LLC as a Licensed Therapist for Neurodivergent Populations in a hybrid work environment located in Cherry Hill, NJ. We offer flexible schedules and the opportunity to work from home. The practice specializes in serving clients across the lifespan with ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and gender diversity. Some clients are also children and youth with generalist-level concerns (anxiety, depression, family conflict, etc.)

Job Expectations:

• Provide psychotherapy services to neurodivergent populations
• Conduct individual and family therapy counseling sessions
• Executive Function therapy/coaching for teens and adults
• Develop treatment plans and interventions
• Utilize telehealth for therapy sessions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists for comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Experience in family therapy and general child/youth talk therapy;
• Experience in adult individual therapy;
• Specialization in ADHD and ASD;
• Prior experience working with gender diverse folks helpful;
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to work in an outpatient setting for a minimum of 6 clinical hours per week;
• Most hours provided are scheduled for afternoons, evening and/or weekends
• Family Counseling

Qualifications:

1. Licensed mental health credential in NJ (Licensed/Permitted Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or similar)
   1. Second license in PA helpful for telehealth services and with an hourly bonus

Salary: $62.50 to $75 per billed clinical hour;
