Licensed and accredited as a 134-bed psychiatric hospital, we provide short-term care for adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18+) with mental health and/or substance use problems. The Charter Oak Recovery Center is licensed and accredited as a 12-bed short-term Residential Treatment Center (RTC).
