New Life Counseling is a private group practice of eleven psychologists, counselors, and social workers which has grown steadily over twenty years. Our mission is to provide a comfortable and supportive environment in which clients can work with our highly skilled professionals toward creating meaningful and sustainable life changes using faith-based or secular approaches as preferred. We have been deliberate in creating a very positive and pleasant work environment, and have focused on staff retention while providing a very competitive compensation arrangement including a variety of benefits
We place emphasis on providing an exemplary level of administrative and clinical support which includes referrals, employer-paid taxes, direct deposit, billing, and administrative support, electronic medical records (write notes from home!), clinical consultation, and nicely appointed offices. Our belief is that providing this level of support to the professionals working at our practice allows them the ability to devote their attention to delivering quality care. We have our own building in the downtown area of a small city surrounded by local rural areas, within driving distance of larger metropolitan areas. We are proud to offer our clinicians a positive, supportive, collegial, work environment in which they can grow both professionally and personally.
